Riyadh – Mubasher: Future Vision for Health Training Company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 12 July with Taif University, represented by its Research and Consultation Center, to establish a framework for academic and professional cooperation.

The agreement focuses on the joint design, development, and implementation of training programs, professional diplomas, and vocational courses, according to a bourse disclosure.

The partnership aims to enhance consultancy and research services while organizing specialized conferences, seminars, and workshops.

According to the regulatory filing, the strategic collaboration is designed to support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by building professional capacities within the health training sector.

The MoU carries a duration of two years and includes a provision for automatic renewal for a similar period unless either party provides notice of non-renewal. Future Vision for Health Training confirmed that the signing of this memorandum results in no immediate financial impact.

The company stated that any future executive agreements or contracts arising from this MoU that carry a financial impact will be disclosed separately. No related parties were involved in the transaction.

A week ago, the company inked a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Charitable Association of Diabetes (SCAD) for an upcoming event.
